The sequences are configured and programmed clearly and quickly in a standardized method of representation (according to IEC 61131-3, EN 61131). The process is graphically described and is broken down into individual steps with a manageable functional scope. Actions for the steps can be defined and their execution can be controlled. Transitions (transitional conditions) control the transitions from one step to the next. Interlock and monitoring conditions are defined for each step. S7-Graph is already included in STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal).
