Este dispositivo pertence à gama Vigilohm concebido para monitorizar redes eléctricas não aterradas/IT, de acordo com as normas de instalação e produtos. PHT1000 é o adaptador de tensão. Ele permite que o IM400, XM300 ou XM200 monitore o sistema 1000VAC se conectado a uma fase, 1700VAC se conectado ao Neutro, ou 1200VCC. Deve ser instalado entre o Monitor de Isolamento e a instalação elétrica a ser monitorada. O PHT1000 permite o uso de localização de falha de isolamento.
